(YEs, it's true. I really do have a self-proclaimed retreat mba).
The fact is...I've attended, spoken at, or planned over sixty retreats, conferences and workshops.
As an entrepreneur since 2007, I've experienced much in my time. I now gladly share how I built my multiple six to seven figure businesses on the foundations I learned at in-person retreats and educational experiences.
And after logging a lot of air miles and racking up all the fancy name badge lanyards as an attendee....I learned what does and doesn't work in the retreat and conference education space.
In the months leading up to some of the events I would attend, I'd be lost and confused with buyers remorse because the organizer failed to share any details to help us prepare.
Other times, I'd leave feeling overwhelmed with a longer to-do list than I arrived with. Or worse than that — disappointed and regretful of the money I spent. (Not to mention what I was missing back home with my family and young kids).
So I set out to create something different for the customers in my own coaching business and for other product and service-based businesses along the way.
Building upon my decades of event planning — everything from corporate events on glittering rooftop casinos in Las Vegas to luxury Southern wedding soirees that graced many a magazine page — I developed my own transformational retreats that delight attendees every step of the way.
To date, I have hosted over 400+ women in the last 10 years at 19 different experiences. Word spread like wildflowers about our unique combination of content and creativity alongside an up-leveled attendee (and speaker) experience that Brit+Co named my Inspired Retreat one of the best conferences for women.

Yes, you can! If you have a business and client base you are currently selling services or products to, you are primed for this opportunity. With my more than two decades of event experience, having attended more than 60+ retreats/workshops/conferences and hosted my own for more than 10 years, I know the ins and outs of all things retreats – and I’ll be your guide every step of the way.
I’m already planning a retreat, will this help me?
Yes! And here’s why. While you may have sold some seats already, that is just one piece of your retreat. There is so much I go into about how to plan your content you’ll deliver, how to give a high-touch experience to your attendees even before they walk through your doors, how to prepare as a host for yourself mentally and physically, how to sell continuity offers, and all the special details that you’ll want to invest in (or even skip). There’s even SO MUCH more than what I’ve listed – so just know that you have an incredible opportunity to make an impact even if you have an existing event underway.
When do we get started?
After enrollment, you’ll get login access to the course platform and have immediate access to the program. You can login to get comfortable with our course area and watch the initial welcome videos. How fast can I expect to create and launch a retreat?
That is dependent on your existing audience and customer base. However, we recommend you allow for at least 4-6 months to have the proper runway in place for creating, planning and selling a retreat.
